Literacy blog #10

I'm surprised they said that climate change is actually more good than bad.Because for years all they have been saying is the negative effects of it.They also say that the warming would be beneficial to Earth.

"To be precise, Prof Tol calculated that climate change would be beneficial up to 2.2˚C of warming from 2009 (when he wrote his paper). This means approximately 3˚C from pre-industrial levels, since about 0.8˚C of warming has happened in the last 150 years. The latest estimates of climate sensitivity suggest that such temperatures may not be reached till the end of the century — if at all. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, whose reports define the consensis, is sticking to older assumptions, however, which would mean net benefits till about 2080. Either way, it’s a long way off."
A man wrote a book on it and reviewed previous years of climate change.Stating that it changed raised the human and planetary welfare.Calculating 1.4 per cent of global economic output. The world growing a 3% each year.Which is fairly low.Considering how many people there are in the world.

  1. I like the way that you wrote your blog. I would suggest that you make your topic a little more clear. Another thing that you could do is to add more of your opinion rather then having that really big quote. Also, make sure all of the text is the same font, this helps to make the blog look neater and more organized.
